Terms and Conditions

Reservation and Payment: 

• A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit.
• The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event date.
• Payment can be made by credit card, or bank transfer.

Cancellation and Refunds:

• Cancellation requests must be made 14 days prior to the event date.
• The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded.
• If cancellation occurs within 14 days of the event, the full rental fee will be charged.

Event Setup and Cleanup:

• The event space will be made available to the client for setup and decoration within the agreed rental period.
• The client is responsible for leaving the event space in the same condition as it was received.
• Any damages or excessive cleaning required will be charged to the client.

Insurance and Liability:

• The client is responsible for obtaining appropriate insurance coverage for their event.
• The event space owner is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury that may occur during the event.

Noise and Disturbance:

• The client is responsible for ensuring that noise levels are kept within acceptable limits.
• The event space owner reserves the right to intervene if noise becomes disruptive.

Compliance with Laws and Regulations:

• The client must comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and permits related to their event.

Indemnification: 

• The client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the event space owner from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their event.

Force Majeure: 

• The event space owner shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performing their obligations due to circumstances beyond their control.

Termination:

• The event space owner reserves the right to terminate the event if the client fails to comply with the terms and policies outlined.
